Ministries
We are proud of our children and youth department. We have Coordinators who enjoy working with our youth and children, they are excited about the future.
At Headland we believe that youth need spiritual as well as recreational activities. Our Schedule of Activities includes such things as Children and Youth Choir, Ushering, Church School, sport outings, bowling, skating, and other various activities.
Headland provides many activities for children: Church School, Children's Sermons, and Children and Youth Choir. We believe that Christian Education is vital for our children.for the spiritual growth and development of our children.

Children and Youth Ministries
Young Adult Ministries
Our young adults range in age from 18 to 35. They enjoy a variety of activities. Their main focus is spiritual growth. They are also involved in many activities around the church. Also they have formed a scholarship called "Young Man of the Year Scholarship" for young men in our community.

Food Ministry
Bible Study is an oppurtunity to learn different lessons about the Lord and become closer to him on Wednesday night. This is almost every Wednesday night at 7:00 p.m.
Bible Study
All seniors are welcome to be a part of this program. Our seniors meet on a regular basis and enjoy doing a variety of activities. This is a wonderful ministry and we invite you to come and be a part.
Senior Ministries
Headland is committed to serving members and the community. All of our programs are designed with folks of all ages in mind. You do not have to be a member to participate in many of our programes.
Sunday School
We are very fortunate to have 2 Adult classes. These classes are led by individuals who have given their lives to God. The Sunday School material is Bible based, and each person is given an oppurtunity to express his or her idas. Participating in Sunday School is an excellent way to grow spirituality. All classes start at 9:30 a.m.
Choirs
Music is a major focus at Headland. We have 2 adult choirs, the Inspirational Choir and the Male Chorus. Each of these choirs sings to the Glory of God. New Choir members are always welcome!
United Methodist Women (U.M.W.)
A service organization uniting women of the church. The women meet on a regular basis. U.M.W. are involved in missions and sponsor Mission studies related to various issues.
United Methodist Men (U.M.M.)
An organization uniting men of the church. The men meet regularly to discuss matters pertaining to the church, community and spiritual growth. They also take food to needy families each month.
